Overview

Rising Star Resource Development Corporation (Rising Star) is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation and Social Enterprise. Job Skills / Requirements Job Summary: Performs basic custodial services. Work involves coordinating the cleaning and sanitation of our headquarters office. Maintaining the cleanliness of conference rooms, common areas, restrooms, the break room, and employee offices.

May train others. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.

Essential Duties

Coordinates and performs general custodial functions such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, light fixtures, carpet and tile floors. Restroom maintenance, replenishing supplies and applying cleaning chemicals as appropriate. Performs minor maintenance and repair work on custodial equipment. Cleans, dust, and inspects areas such as restrooms, offices, and other facilities as needed.

Inspects buildings for cleanliness, completed work, and needed repairs. Maintains inventory records of building property, custodial equipment, materials, supplies, and equipment. Performs related duties as assigned.

Compensation
