Role and Responsibilities: To carry out the effective operations of our Front Office department, ensuring that guests receive exceptional customer service in a very genuine and caring manner.

To carry out all Reception duties, working as part of the Front Office Team. To deal with any customer queries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. To ensure that all complaints are handled in a professional and efficient manner and that all complaints are followed up and resolved.
