Entry Level Automotive Technician

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Automotive Technician, you will assist with routine vehicle maintenance and basic repair tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians. This role offers an opportunity to build foundational skills and contribute to the efficient operation of the shop while delivering quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Assist experienced technicians with basic repairs and inspections. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Learn to use automotive tools, equipment, and shop software. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely job completion.

Document work performed and parts used accurately. Participate in ongoing training and development to grow technical skills. Support shop operations by performing general tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of automotive systems preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment. Good communication and organizational skills. ASE certifications or automotive training is a plus but not required.
