Compensation Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Compensation Analyst based in the United States. We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs within a dynamic, remote-first organization.

In this six-month temporary role, you will contribute to salary benchmarking, job evaluations, pay structure development, and incentive program administration. You will analyze compensation data to promote internal equity, maintain market competitiveness, and ensure alignment with applicable regulations and business objectives.

Working closely with Human Resources, Payroll, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will provide actionable insights that inform compensation decisions and workforce planning. You will also help streamline processes, strengthen data integrity, and improve the accuracy of compensation reporting.
