Baker

We’re Hiring: Baker 📍 Cayman Islands | Agua Hospitality Group We are looking for a Baker with hands-on experience preparing dough, bread and a variety of pastries, including cookies, cakes and pies.

Responsibilities

Prepare, mix, shape and bake products according to established recipes and menu requirements. Measure ingredients accurately and maintain consistent quality and presentation. Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, proofers and ovens. Follow food hygiene and safety procedures, keeping work areas and equipment clean.

Assist the kitchen team and manage daily production in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Practical experience as a baker in a bakery, restaurant or hotel. Strong knowledge of dough preparation, proofing and baking techniques. Attention to detail, good time management and a reliable approach to work. Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
