WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR Job Description Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute: The H+H Group is hiring at our H+H Kia at Village Pointe location! In order to provide a Best-in-Class Customer experience, we will be adding to our Warranty Team which is responsible for submission of all warranty claims, collecting money due from the manufacturer and reconciling all Service related schedules for prompt payment.

Prepare, record, and reconcile all warranty claims in an accurate and efficient manner utilizing manufacturer specific policies, procedures and requirements.

Identify and investigate all schedules assigned by your manager. Monitor the wash tunnel and the safety of Customers during the wash experience. Verify all repair orders for accuracy by checking for the 3 C’s (Complaint, Cause, Correction). Verify and correct all repair orders as necessary to ensure customers are properly charged, and accounting is properly handled.

Maintain accurate service and warranty records in accordance with manufacturers processing and policy/procedure manuals. 40 hours a week anytime between the hours of 7am-6pm.

Qualifications

– What You Need to be Successful: The ability to communicate effectively with staff and Customers. Be knowledgeable of basic accounting and reconciling processes.
