Lead weekly production meetings to review progress, clear bottlenecks, and align priorities across departments. Track and report shop performance, including on-time delivery, backlog, labor efficiency, and rework. Materials and Suppliers Work with Purchasing to order long-lead components such as breakers, enclosures, and bus materials so they arrive in time for the build.
Expedite open purchase orders, confirm supplier ship dates, and develop recovery plans for late or short material. Coordinate with Receiving and Quality to resolve damaged or nonconforming material.
