Procurement Coordinator

Identify and develop local & international suppliers for Oil & Gas products and services Source alternate/backup suppliers to reduce supply risk Conduct market research and maintain updated supplier database Manage vendor pre-qualification and registration -ADNOC, NMDC, & Taqa Collect and verify supplier documents -Trade License, ISO, HSE, ICV Certifications Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare comparison reports Coordinate technical clarifications with engineering/sales teams Ensure compliance with client technical, quality & HSE requirements Support tendering and bid submissions Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement planning Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (preferred) Up to 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas procurement/trading Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas materials and supplier markets Experience with vendor registration processes Adnoc prefered Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems Strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills Fluent English communication Mandatory Benefits Visa + Medical Insurance Competitive base salary Performance incentives+ Bonus yearly.
