This role is community- and home-based , providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families in their natural environments. Ideal candidates: Enjoy working with diverse populations Have experience with trauma-informed care Comfortable providing crisis intervention and treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related mental health concerns This position offers a long-term pathway into private practice and additional opportunities for income through assessments, trainings, and workshops.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and notes Collaborate with team members and supervisors Provide therapy in community and home settings Participate in team meetings and training as needed Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field Active NJ license: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, etc.
