HQCV seeks a skilled and compassionate clinician to join a growing private practice. The ideal therapist would enjoy working with all socioeconomic populations, be willing to become a complex trauma specialist, and be proficient in parenting, behavioral health, crisis counseling, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other mental health diagnoses.

New Opportunity: PT & FT In-Community (IIC) Therapist Roles Available We are currently expanding and hiring for part-time and full-time In-Community (IIC) Therapist positions. We are especially looking to add a complex trauma specialist with EMDR to our team to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience: We are seeking candidates with experience working with individuals, families, children, and those affected by trauma. Candidates with a working knowledge of how to thoughtfully integrate Christian principles with evidence-based mental health practices are encouraged to apply, as a portion of our clientele identifies as Christian.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a mental health clinician Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to conduct assessments, individual/family therapy, and crisis intervention Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively Commitment to ethical practice and quality client care Willingness to undergo background checks per state/federal regulations Salary $60 - $65 per hour
