Credit Operation Executive

The Credit Operation Executive will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. They will be responsible for handling credit-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent support to our customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Manage and process credit applications, ensuring timely and accurate reviews. Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluations, considering various factors. Maintain and update credit records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related inquiries and issues.

Implement and adhere to credit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Prepare and present credit-related reports and recommendations to the management team. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit operations. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of credit processes, regulations, and best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data. Proficient in using MS Office and credit management software. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
