• Norman, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Days, DEFINITION: The CSR II (PT) is responsible for welcoming visitors, vendors and patients into the Mc. Bride Physical Therapy Department in a friendly, professional manner. CSR II is responsible for ensuring all monies collected, and return visits are scheduled in a friendly and professional manner. CSR II provides clerical support and serves as a liaison between the patient, medical support staff and the Physician.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of one year clerical and/or front desk experience, preferably in a medical setting. Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents and policy/procedure manuals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out job responsibilities. Must be able to multi-task and possess the ability to deal with problems and stressful situations in a professional manner.

Must have the ability to perform mathematical computations and make change from all denominations of money. Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

One or more years of related medical office experience or customer service experience.
