Graduate - Delivery Technical Services

This role suits a graduate who wants their technical skills to show up in front of a customer, not just in a codebase. As a Delivery Technical Graduate, you'll sit across the table during implementation and configuration, turning a customer's requirements into a working Syspro solution.

What you'll do

Work directly with customers during implementation, configuration, and go-live Translate customer requirements into technical solutions within Syspro Configure and test the platform against each customer's specific setup Debug issues in the field and feed what you learn back into the product and delivery teams What you need A degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or similar Solid technical fundamentals; a willingness to go deep on a customer's specific environment Comfort speaking with customers, not just with code A willingness to travel for client-facing work when needed True Pros need the technical backbone of their business configured right, not just installed.
