Business Analyst

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad Work Preference: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote) Employment Type:Full-Time Budget: Up to INR 34 LPA (market competitive) Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define project scope. Recommend improvements to business processes through technology solutions.

Translate business requirements into application requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prepare project plans, estimate costs, and contribute to IT resource allocation decisions. Maintain technical documentation for system operations and enhancements. Coach and review the work of junior analysts. Engage client teams, explain initiatives clearly, and address concerns effectively.

Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis – 6+ years Agile methodologies – 6+ years Financial Applications – 6+ years Jira / MS Visio – 6+ years Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (required). 8+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years in relevant domains. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Prior experience in financial applications or financial domains preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Interview Process: 3 rounds of interviews. Shift timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. Immediate to 15 days notice period preferred.
