Senior Operational Excellence, Scommerce

Ideate and develop high-impact projects/initiatives to improve Shopee's fulfillment operations productivity and efficiency, leading to operational cost savings. Strategically create and implement detailed project execution plans, methodically addressing all operational challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system and process improvements, contributing to overall operational excellence.

Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to execute projects, ensuring projects are meeting the intended objectives, completed timely and within allocated budget/resources. Health check Fulfilment Operations team daily operational KPIs, flagging operational issues/risks, and develop temporary workarounds and long-term solutions to de-bottleneck challenges.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or any related qualification. 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management. Candidates from logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, supply chain, or related industries are strongly encouraged to apply. Result-driven and hands-on in solving ground operational issues Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven.

Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights. Communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and written form of communications. Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel. Willing to commute and based in Bukit Raja, Klang.

Fluency in BM and Mandarin is a plus point.
