Barista Location: Edwards, Colorado 81632 Work Arrangement: On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Sunday (weekend availability required) Reports To: Executive Chef About This Opportunity Join All Points North (APN) as a Barista and become an essential part of our culinary team at our Edwards location.

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve specialty beverages with precision and consistency, following established recipes and quality standards Collaborate with the Culinary Manager and cafe team on menu preparation and daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment that reflects our commitment to excellence Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality standards and are presented professionally Manage cafe inventory, track supplies, and submit ordering requests to maintain optimal stock levels Provide exceptional service by responding promptly and personally to client needs and special requests Uphold rigorous food safety and sanitation standards at all times, keeping stations clean and organized Identify and address operational challenges proactively, escalating issues to management when necessary Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance cafe performance and client satisfaction General Responsibilities: Communicate professionally and collaboratively with kitchen staff and supervisors Follow all established procedures, safety protocols, and scheduling requirements Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations and APN's mission What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Ability to communicate respectfully and work effectively as part of a team Ability to follow instructions, food safety procedures, and established kitchen workflows Dependable attendance and the ability to work the required schedule, including weekends Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds Familiarity with industry best practices and sanitation standards Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of relevant barista or cafe experience Certification in specialty coffee preparation or culinary training Knowledge of various brewing methods, espresso techniques, and beverage preparation Experience with commercial espresso machines and cafe equipment Serv.

Safe or Food Handler certification Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual English/Spanish skills What Helps You Succeed Dependability: Arrive on time, communicate appropriately, and follow through on assigned responsibilities with consistency.
