Senior operations Manager

Responsibilities

·    Provide leadership across general ledger, close, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, consolidation and reporting support, Management Accounting and reporting. ·    Establish a disciplined close calendar, governance model, escalation framework, capacity plan and quality controls. ·    Partner with controllers and finance leadership on trial balance integrity, material risks, accounting judgments and remediation. ·    Lead stakeholder reviews covering close status, reconciling items, adjustments, SLA, controls, audit and transformation. ·    Ensure compliance with accounting policies, statutory requirements, segregation of duties and evidence standards. ·    Sponsor continuous accounting, journal automation, reconciliation tools, predictive analytics and close cockpit solutions. ·    Lead transitions, standardization, operating model design, talent strategy and cross-functional change. ·    Drive measurable reductions in close duration, manual effort, open-item aging and post-close corrections. ·   SAP/ SAP S4 HANA knowledge is required ·   Management Accounting and Reporting post closing ·   Excellent excel knowledge including advance excel ·   Good Communication skill ·   Flexible to work in shifts ·  Must be aware of the process of collecting, analyzing, allocating, interpreting, and reporting financial and operational data to help management make business decisions. Unlike statutory financial reporting, ·  Experience of handling global customer process in Financial accounting and reporting and Management accunting and reporting ·   Team and customer handling
