Responsibilities

The VP-Clinical and Operations Projects will work with inpatient operations and clinical teams, to plan, manage, and implement projects for both groups. The VP -- Clinical and Operations Projects will launch, develop, implement and communicate initiatives that affect companywide changes in process. *Report to the Chief Operating Officer *Serve as a resource/consultant/advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and Inpatient Operations leadership.

*Drive the company's strategic direction for complex issues.

Qualifications

*A Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred. *Experience with Point Click Care and EHR Systems required. *Background in Clinical and/or Operational Informatics. *Certification in Project Management preferred. *Minimum of ten (10) years' experience working as a Project Manager. *Long term care experience strongly preferred.

Posted Salary Range USD $150,000.00
