Job description About Us: MD Turbines is a leading jet engine teardown and repair facility specializing in turbine engines, parts, and components for the aviation industry. Our team takes pride in providing reliable, quality service with precision and integrity. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing operation.

This individual will serve as the key liaison between our customers and internal teams — ensuring exceptional communication, timely updates, and a seamless customer experience from order to delivery. _________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Quality, and Repair) to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and service requests.
• Track repair orders, shipments, and quotations through Quantum or related ERP systems.
• Provide proactive communication regarding order status, delays, and delivery updates.
• Manage and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate customer records, contact logs, and activity notes.
• Support the team with quote follow-ups, customer inquiries, and account management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. ________________________________________________ Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales coordination (preferably in aviation, aerospace, or logistics).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Quantum, Component Control, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
