About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Your role
will involve creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed. Responsibilities include
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items Restock and replenish inventory and supplies Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner Adhere to all company policies and procedures All other task as assigned Bartender Qualifications/ Skills: Proven bartending experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment Knowledge of sanitation regulations Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge Reliable transportation Proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program Benefits: Paid training Employee discount Employee referral program 401k with company matching Health, Dental and Vision offered to full time employees Tailwind Concessions is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
