Industrial Maintenance Technician

Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in our re-manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working both independently and alongside our maintenance and production teams. You will play a key role in keeping our equipment running at peak performance through preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance, as well as special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Maintain and repair the following equipment: Stamping presses (hydraulic & pneumatic) Robotics CNC Machines, Mills, Lathes, and Grinders Forklifts Conveyors and other facility equipment Complete special projects and continuous improvement initiatives What We Offer: Competitive Pay 401(k) Profit Share Plan Company Paid Healthcare Paid Time Off Air-conditioned facility Stable, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company $55,000-$70,000 (based on experience and knowledge) Ideal Candidate: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience with industrial equipment (presses, CNC, robotics, etc.)
