Field Installation Service Supervisor

The Field Installation Services Supervisor is responsible for leading BCI's field installation service organization supporting the installation of engineered secondary containment systems for utility, EPC, and industrial customers. This position manages a team of approximately 7 field installation technicians, expected to grow to approximately 10, and is responsible for coordinating the complete field-installation process from initial customer notification through project completion.

The supervisor owns the installation schedule, assigns technicians to projects, communicates project requirements and documentation, establishes project expectations and timelines, and serves as the primary escalation point for technicians and customers when field conditions.
