The firm is recognized for its ability to mobilize highly skilled international and local talent , including expatriate technical experts, consultants, and project specialists , to support critical operations and infrastructure development.

Conduct regular site HSE inspections, monitor PTW, JSA, confined space, lifting & working at height activities. Lead toolbox talks, HSE induction, safety training and emergency drills. Identify hazards, track non-conformities and drive corrective actions. Support incident / near-miss investigation, prepare HSE reports to client.

Liaise with project team, contractors and TEN client HSE representatives. Promote safety culture and zero LTI target on site. Minimum 8+ years offshore / topside HSE supervision experience in oil & gas EPC project. Hold NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification; offshore survival certificates preferred. Familiar with offshore construction, risk assessment and client HSE management system.

Fluent English, good communication skill in multi-cultural team. Familiar with PTW, JSA, HAZID, incident investigation.
