Our Activities team plays an essential role in bringing joy, connection, and purpose to residents across every level of care.

What you'll do

Facilitate engaging group programs, special events, and community outings for residents Encourage resident participation and provide support to help everyone engage comfortably Assist with resident transportation for scheduled activities and off-site events Maintain attendance records and help identify residents who may benefit from additional engagement Build relationships with community partners to expand activity offerings and enhance resident experiences Organize, inventory, and replenish activity materials and supplies as needed Communicate resident interests, participation levels, and well-being observations with the interdisciplinary team Help create a welcoming, active environment that supports residents' social, emotional, and recreational wellness What you'll need: Required: High school diploma or GED 18 years of age or older At least one year of work experience Preferred: Current New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting Pay and benefits: $17.
