Joshua Tree Experts is serving several communities across Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, and Prosper**. We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber** to join our crew, working with top-tier equipment in high-end neighborhoods where homeowners truly value professional tree care.

Key Responsibilities**
Execute professional climbing for tree pruning, removals, and preservation.
Work collaboratively within 2-4 person crews and delegate tasks to ground support.
Operate aerial lift equipment and maintain assigned tools and climbing gear.
Engage professionally with homeowners to deliver exceptional customer service.
Identify potential property needs and communicate upselling opportunities to the crew leader.
Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and jobsite standards.
Qualifications**
Experience:** Minimum 2 years of professional tree climbing experience.
Education
& License:** High school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Capability:** Ability to perform demanding aerial work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
Skills:** Strong communication, a team-first mindset, and an uncompromised commitment to safety.
