The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and managed professionally throughout the service process. You will work closely with internal departments, maintain accurate records, and help drive customer satisfaction and business performance.

About You

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, or similar customer-facing automotive role At least 1 year's experience within the automotive industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and administrative abilities The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines A professional and customer-focused approach Experience working within a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset Benefits What's On Offer?
