Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your impact will be crucial in driving customer loyalty and contributing to the overall success of our business. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Identify and address customer pain points proactively. Conduct market research and gather customer insights. Assist in developing customer engagement strategies. Ensure compliance with customer service standards and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Customer-centric approach and a passion for customer satisfaction. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).

Knowledge of BFSI industry is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
