Case Manager - School Based Mental Health - 232522

PCS is seeking a School Based Mental Health Case Manager to provide case management to children in local schools in Franklin County VA. Position is responsible for ensuring that youth receive services to assist them in accessing the needed medical, psychiatric, social, education and other supports essential to meeting their basic needs. A Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field is preferred with one year experience of direct care or any equivalent combination of training, skills and abilities as defined by DMAS to qualify for the position. Some flexibility in schedules may be an option.
