Lube & Tire Technician (Entry-Level – Experience Preferred) Century West BMW – North Hollywood, CA Century West BMW is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Lube & Tire Technician to join our growing Service Department. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals with basic automotive experience who are eager to develop their skills and advance into a full-service technician role.

& Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Paid training and hands-on career development Clean, modern shop with state-of-the-art equipment Company-provided uniforms Full benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid Time Off (PTO) Key Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and filter replacements Rotate, inspect, and maintain tires Check and top off all essential vehicle fluids Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist senior technicians to support shop workflow Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Qualifications Prior automotive experience preferred (lube technician, tire shop, or technical school training) Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening Why Join Century West BMW?
