Available Shifts: Shift 1: 8:00am – 5:00pm | Monday–Friday Shift 2: 11:00am – 8:00pm | Monday–Friday Shift 3: 9:00am – 8:00pm | Sunday–Wednesday Shift 4: 9:00am – 8:00pm | Wednesday–Saturday What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills A professional, customer-first mindset Sales awareness - able to identify opportunities and recommend the right solutions Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What You’ll Be Doing Servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems Diagnosing issues and providing cost-effective solutions Educating customers on system performance and upgrade options Communicating clearly and honestly with customers Working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team Why Join Hopkins Air Conditioning?
