What You Will Do
Collaborate & Translate:** Partner with cross-functional data teams to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
Design & Develop:** Build and optimize high-performing reports, interactive dashboards, and rich visualizations using Power BI.
Model Data:** Develop and maintain complex data models tailored for scalable, generic BI reporting.
Secure & Validate:** Implement advanced row- and user-level security models while ensuring data accuracy through regular validation checks and audits.
Analyze Ad-Hoc:** Support immediate business needs by creating tailored, ad-hoc reports for executive leadership.
Optimize Performance:** Monitor system metrics to ensure maximum uptime, high-speed report performance, and rapid troubleshooting.
Document Solutions:** Maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, technical specifications, and dashboard architectures.
What You Bring
Proven Experience:** 3+ years of dedicated experience as a BI Developer or in a closely related data-engineering/analytics role.
Core Technical Stack:** Master-level proficiency in SQL** and Power BI** (both are strict requirements for this role).
Modern Data Warehousing:** Practical experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or similar platforms.
Analytical Mindset:** Strong problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for identifying data trends and anomalies.
Soft Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile team environment.
