Job Summary
Team. Builders Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team in Los Lunas, NM. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, supporting clients in achieving emotional wellness and long-term stability. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Deliver services in office, home, and community-based settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active New Mexico license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) or eligibility required Experience in behavioral health or community mental health preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits For eligible employees, Team.
