Assistant Manager - R&D (Male)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – R&D to support product development, quality improvement, and innovation for Beco’s sustainable home-care products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support new product development and formulation activities. Conduct product testing, trials, and performance evaluation . Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and suppliers for product development. Conduct QC checks and product evaluations across different locations as required. Identify opportunities for product improvement, cost optimization, and quality enhancement .

Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, specifications, test reports, and product records . Ensure products meet defined quality, safety, performance, and regulatory requirements . Support troubleshooting of product quality and formulation-related issues. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in R&D/Product Development , preferably in FMCG, Home Care, Cleaning Products, or Consumer Products . Strong understanding of product testing, formulation, and quality parameters . Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel across locations for product testing and QC activities. Strong coordination and communication skills.
