Field Marketing Coordinator

The Field Marketing Coordinator plays a key role within the Marketing team, supporting Local Bakery Marketing efforts across our franchise system. This position helps ensure every Bakery has the tools, resources, and coaching needed to build awareness, grow sales, and deepen community connections. The role serves as the primary lead for our Local Social program, assists with Field Marketing initiatives including New Bakery Openings, Grand Openings, and Bakery Birthdays, and supports data-driven insights for underperforming locations.
