Job description

  1. Instruction: Assists the classroom teacher with necessary recordkeeping, data collection, preparation of behavior/progress reports, and daily communications; Communicates effectively with students in developing language, conceptual and behavioral skills using a variety of methods based on each student's individual ability.  Teaches one-on-one with the student or in a small group instructional setting under the direction of the classroom teacher; Assists teacher with monitoring daily schedules, supervision of students during lunch and on field trips, as well as, during trips to the health center.
