1. Skills & Competencies Solid organizational and time-management skills; able to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Able to communicate and possess interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Solid visual design sense, with the ability to turn content into clean, engaging training materials and presentation decks (have foundation in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools). Willing to learn new tools and explore ways to apply AI in daily work. Proactive, service-minded, and able to work under guidance in a fast-paced environment. Basic to intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal) 2.
