Marketing & Communications Executive Location: Chichester National Office, with flexible home working Salary: £27,000–£32,000 per annum, plus bonus and access to a company holiday home in Dorset Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week Are you a creative storyteller who loves bringing brands to life? About the Role

Guardian Angel Carers is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Executive to help bring our brand to life across our national channels and franchise network. Working closely with our Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating engaging content, managing social media, supporting our franchise partners and sharing the stories that make our brand special.

This is a varied role where creativity, organisation and a proactive approach are essential. What You’ll Be Doing Creating engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, emails and print. Filming and editing short-form videos that showcase our people, services and stories. Managing national social media channels, scheduling posts and engaging with our online community.

Monitoring performance and using insights to improve reach and engagement. Supporting franchise partners with marketing materials, templates and advice. Coordinating internal communications, company announcements and award submissions. Keeping our content calendar organised and our brand consistent across every channel.

What We’re Looking For You’ll have proven experience creating marketing content, managing business social media accounts and producing video content to a publishable standard. Excellent writing skills, strong organisation and the confidence to manage multiple projects are essential. You’ll also be comfortable working independently, communicating with different audiences and bringing your own creative ideas to the table.

Experience in care, franchising, award writing or design tools such as Canva would be an advantage. Why Join Guardian Angel Carers?
