IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical recruitment and build a strong external staffing vendor network to support our growing client requirements. The role will be responsible for sourcing quality technology professionals through both direct recruitment channels and partner staffing vendors, ensuring timely fulfilment of requirements.

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels. Identify and onboard reliable IT staffing and recruitment vendors across different technology skills and locations. Build and continuously expand a strong vendor network and external talent pool.

Share open requirements with relevant vendors and source quality profiles through vendor partners. Screen and evaluate profiles received from both direct and vendor sources. Track vendor performance based on profile quality, response time, turnaround time, interview conversion, and joining ratio. Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against client requirements.

Work closely with the Sales/BDM and delivery teams to understand requirements and hiring priorities. Maintain an updated candidate and vendor database. Track recruitment metrics including TAT, submissions, interviews, selections, joining, and vendor performance.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment. Experience in recruiting for technologies such as Full Stack, React, Node.js, .NET, Java, QA, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data, and Mobile. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms. Experience working with or managing IT staffing/recruitment vendors or agencies.

Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight timelines. Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
