Engineering Manager - Technical Coolant Systems

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Technical Coolant Systems (TCS) team, providing technical and people leadership for the design, development, and execution of facility-side liquid cooling infrastructure solutions for hyperscale data centers and high-performance computing environments. In this role, you will oversee engineering delivery across multiple programs, ensuring high-quality mechanical designs, timely completion of engineering documentation, and successful execution from concept through installation readiness.

You will drive engineering best practices, mentor and develop a high-performing team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and continuously improve engineering processes to deliver innovative, reliable, and scalable cooling solutions.
