Credit Processing Analyst

The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. They will be responsible for handling credit-related inquiries, processing credit applications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Process credit applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely approval or rejection. Handle customer inquiries related to credit, providing clear and concise information. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex credit-related issues.

Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying areas for improvement in our processes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in credit-related systems and databases. Provide regular reports on credit processing activities, including key performance indicators. Train and mentor junior team members on credit processing best practices.

Stay updated with industry trends and regulations, implementing necessary changes. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in MS Office and credit processing software. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
