Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Digital Campaign Execution Dignotion is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with account managers and content teams to plan, build, and optimize high-performing email campaigns for our clients. This is a project-based, flexible role—ideal for someone who combines strong technical skills with a sharp eye for content, layout, and performance.

You’ll be responsible for creating emails that not only look great but also convert.

Key Responsibilities

Design, code, and deploy responsive email campaigns using HTML/CSS Build custom workflows, automated sequences, and segmentation logic Develop briefs and manage end-to-end execution of email campaigns Audit templates and campaigns for code quality, mobile responsiveness, and inbox deliverability Create A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs Collaborate with team members to align email strategy with broader marketing objectives Track campaign metrics and provide performance insights Requirements Requirements: 2–4 years of hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Active.

Campaign, or similar) Solid working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and coding Familiarity with personalization, segmentation, and behavioral triggers Experience setting up automated workflows and lifecycle campaigns Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Experience working with project management tools (e.

g., Trello, Asana, or Notion) Basic graphic design and copy editing skills Comfortable working independently and communicating with internal or client teams Fluent written and spoken English Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate campaign management Familiarity with deliverability best practices and tools (e.
