Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Your primary goal is to foster and maintain positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and friendly manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer support.

Stay updated with the latest company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Document and report customer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. Ensure data privacy and security while handling customer information. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Knowledge of BFSI industry practices is an asset.
