Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for being the first point of contact for our various Public Warehousing customers. This position includes meeting the operational goals of the department. This position requires proactive, positive communication with teammates and customers, as well as a service ethic and attitude of support for one of our most valued assets, our Customer relationships.

This position will report to the Customer Service Manager.
