Graduate - BI Engineer

Data only matters when someone turns it into a decision, and increasingly, AI is how that happens faster. Syspro uses AI across our own platform and daily operations, and as a BI Intern, you'll work alongside our analytics team to build the dashboards, reports, and AI-driven insights that help Syspro customers see their business clearly and help Syspro see its own.

What you'll do

Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Syspro's BI tools Clean, model, and validate data from multiple sources Apply AI and machine learning techniques to surface patterns, forecasts, and anomalies in business data Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Copilot, Power BI's AI features, or similar) that are already part of how Syspro works, to speed up analysis and reporting Partner with product and customer teams to turn questions into queries Present findings in a way non-technical stakeholders can act on What you need A degree or diploma in data science, information systems, statistics, or similar Working knowledge of SQL; exposure to a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus Some exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools, even at a learning or project level An eye for the story in a dataset, not just the numbers in it A genuine interest in manufacturing and distribution data Free Barista Coffee Daily Gym Facilities Free Daily Lunch Free Fruit on a Tuesday & Thursday
