The Facilities Custodian/Mover is responsible for cleaning assigned buildings, including offices, conference rooms, lobbies, break rooms, restrooms, and other public areas. The role also performs floor maintenance, minor building maintenance and repairs, and is responsible for moving, storing, packing, loading, and transporting office equipment or residential household items for relocation services.

Groundskeeping duties may also be assigned.
