Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. These are not desk-only management positions. Our operations leaders are working managers who lead from the floor—supporting employees, supervising day-to-day cleaning operations, solving problems, and stepping in alongside their teams when needed. These positions play an integral role in our business , helping us deliver consistent service to our customers while building strong, dependable teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and support custodial employees while providing clear day-to-day coaching and direction Oversee cleaning quality and respond professionally to client or building service needs Work alongside the custodial team and take an active role in cleaning operations when needed Support overall building operations, including staffing coverage, employee training, supplies, equipment, and multi-site needs as assigned Requirements Previous commercial cleaning or custodial experience required Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while remaining actively involved in custodial operations Travel between assigned locations as needed This position may support multiple customer locations and is not necessarily assigned to one permanent site.

Work assignments may vary based on operational needs, and regular travel throughout Saber's service area may be required.
