Handyman

About us

Maintain It is a full-service facility maintenance company working alongside BUILD IT, an Ontario general contractor. We keep restaurant, retail, and commercial facilities running at their best, with a focus on quick-service restaurant locations.

You're the person who shows up and fixes it. About 80% of this job is hands-on repair work you do yourself. The other 20% is coordinating licensed trades when a job needs one, then making sure their work is done right before the ticket closes. The Handyman reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with subcontractors/trades, on-site client contacts, and the broader Maintain It team.
