Controls Technician

• Food Manufacturing. Troubleshoot, maintain, and install industrial control systems. Design and fabricate UL 508A compliant systems, including panel building, schematics, and PLC/HMI programming. Requires Associate degree or higher in Automation/Controls, 5+ years industrial manufacturing experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, SLC, MicroLogix), HMIs (PanelView), Kinetix drives, PowerFlex VFDs, GuardMaster, IO-Link, and FANUC robotics. Knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 79, UL 508A, and fieldbus protocols (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet). On-site, 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:00pm) role. $45-$60/hr, $7k sign-on bonus, $5/hr shift premium. 20 free pizzas/month, excellent benefits, 401k match, relocation assistance.
