Admin Generalist - Warehouse, SCommerce

• Support employee well-being through efficient clinic management and coordination with medical staff.

• Partner with manpower agencies to manage onboarding, assist with training, monitor attendance, track performance, and ensure timely billing.
• Maintain organized records, support compliance, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative warehouse environment.
• Keep warehouse operations running smoothly by handling essential admin tasks.
• Ensure the workplace is well-stocked and safe by regularly monitoring utilities and the inventory of office supplies, sanitation items, PPE, and medical supplies Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Has at least 2–3 years relevant experience, preferably in warehouse/logistics or large-scale organizations. Experience in vendor and third-party partner management. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
