Sales Operations Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and team-spirited Sales Operations Intern to support our growing automotive operations in the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg). In this role, you will be responsible for vehicle pre-registration management, documents distribution, sales data analysis, and supporting sales process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Operations Manager in sales data management, preparing regular reporting, and maintaining dynamic sales dashboards. Sales & Dealer Support: Provide daily operational support to the sales team, including order system data entry and dealer database maintenance.

Qualifications

& Requirements Industry & Regional Knowledge: Experience communicating with automotive dealerships/channels is a plus. Familiarity with the Benelux automotive market is a strong plus. Technical Skills: * Must-have: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced analytical formulas, etc.)

and solid core data analysis skills. Nice-to-have: Experience with data tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python (Pandas), or Jupyter Notebook. Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Chinese). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory. Soft Skills: Passionate about teamwork, highly collaborative, enthusiastic, and outgoing.
